Clearance and Ex-display sets which were inspected and reported with minor cosmetic blemishes or minor fixing/assembly issues. The set is fully functional but was reduced due to blemishes, assembly or fixing issues. The set is classed as refurbished.

Please see initial visual examples or representations as to why the set went for clearance. Please note that listed ex-display clearance products were reduced due to cosmetic issues reported during quality checking in the warehouse. Any other issues missed has been considered as to why the price was lowered. If we notice major issues, like structural, this will also be listed or uploaded as well.

Should customers wish to come and have a look at the set in person they can come and book with us any day from Monday-Friday, 9:00 - 17:00, or Saturday - Sunday 11:00 - 17:00. Should customer/s wish to collect the items they would have to be arranged on a weekday when warehouse staff are back.

• The set has been used for an outdoor showroom so it might be a bit dirty but can be easily cleaned.
• To prolong the life of the furniture and to keep it clean, we recommend covering the set with a garden cover.
