• The product, price and our product code you are interested in purchasing.
• The Internet site that is offering a better price.
• Contact details

We will then review the information you have sent across and provide you with a decision. Please note the following conditions must be met:

• The product on the competitors website has to be identical to the product on our site
• The alternative item is currently in stock with the competitor and available for delivery
• The price is the normal price for the item and is not on a special offer/sale
• The item is brand new
• There is no discount code applied to the item
• The promise only applies to goods sold online from retailers in the UK
• The price is inclusive of VAT and any additional charges i.e. delivery
• The competitors website is not a price comparison or auction site, such as eBay
• We can verify the price match before you buy, or you have 7 days after your order to send a price match claim
