COVID-19 UPDATE

Message to all customers

We hope that you are all keeping well. At the same time as responsibly following the big-picture containment & delay strategies, we aim to continue to be a welcoming space, where you can purchase your garden furniture safely. We know that being outdoors, enjoying nature, and sharing your outdoor space with your family brings, different but important, benefits to physical and mental wellbeing. Clearly, the situation could change rapidly, and we will diligently follow all newly emerging guidelines. We are fortunate to have fantastic staff and suppliers and we are confident that we can be flexible and adapt quickly as needed. 

Please see below a link to the latest Government guidelines, stating that from 20th March "Online retail is still open and encouraged and postal and delivery service will run as normal".

Showroom

Our showroom will be closed due to Covid-19, but we are still taking online orders and customer service via Telephone. We are happy to send extra information via email or video call. We will do everything we can to accommodate your requirements over the phone and via email. We have limited staff working in the office to ensure staff safety. 

Our intention is to continue to provide our customers with the excellent service they have come to expect, however, we advise customers to be patient during these difficult times. We still hold excellent stocks of most items and are responding to sales inquiries rapidly. If any aspect of our business significantly changes, we will notify you alongside providing regular updates.

What steps are featureDECO taking to prevent the spread of the virus?

Whilst we have yet to be impacted by the outbreak of Covid-19, we wish to assure all of our customers that we are taking the threat it poses to customers, staff, and the wider population very seriously.

This begins with prevention, by upholding the highest standards of hygiene, in accordance with NHS Advice.

We are using a palletised service where possible whereby the cartons are only handled in the warehouse and these are strapped to a pallet and there is no handling of cartons from third party couriers. 

We are operating a contactless delivery service whereby the goods can be left by the door and the customer is given the opportunity to sign for the goods or the driver can sign on behalf of the customer at safe distance and this provides the same protection as your signature. 

Should a member of staff, or anyone they live with, exhibit symptoms of the virus, we will be insisting they follow government guidance on self-isolation.

Our intention is to continue to provide our customers with excellent fast delivery service, however, we advise customers to be patient during these difficult times. Our carriers are also under extreme pressure during this difficult period.

Express Delivery and General Inquiries

We are also able to provide 24-hour delivery service, therefore we are able to deliver the garden furniture set before any potential lockdown period. During the lockdown period or on the advice of the Government, we are unable to provide details of the services we may be able to offer, however, we will have staff working from home providing advice and we will still be able to take orders to reserve the furniture.
