These have been created to give you piece of mind that the rattan units will stay put even on smooth surfaces.
The feet on rattan sets can come in an array of different materials and some can be plastic while other are rubber. Depending on the surface you are putting your rattan furniture on, the different feet will offer different levels of grip but generally the units don't move around (too much).
However, to ensure that no matter what surface your furniture set is on, these clips should keep them in place.
