The Inspiration room is where the energy flows and where we meet, greet and bounce ideas. DECO started with two fresh faced hopeful entrepreneurs from University College London who travelled the world and decided that alfresco living was their passion! They have spent 16 years building a successful company with various brands and are continually looking to take the alfresco experience to new levels. At DECO we like to maintain the start up vibe, it keeps us agile and fosters new and creative ideas. 

 

The DECO Team is full of beans, friendly, ambitious, cohesive and focused. Our workspaces and everything we do embodies the alfresco culture and spirit and our indoor-outdoor offices and garden area allow us to work close to the elements.

Sales & Customer Service

 

DECO has built up a reputation through word of mouth so your front line role in the company is critical to maintaining the very highest standards and levels of service which are always customer focused. 

 

A perfect day at DECO is: 

 

Handling inbound sales by telephone and email

Resolving damages and replacements 

Handling complaints in a calm and professional manner, always empathising with the customer, and seeing this through to resolution

 

As one of the DECO team your role will never be limited to the above duties only and so various ad hoc office duties will be required

 

We are looking for a good listener who cares about our customers

Good logical and technical ability 

Use of Spreadsheets 

Magento experience preferable but not essential

Friendly personality,

You must have the ability to learn new systems quickly – training will be given

Experience of working with Magento is preferable although not necessary

 

Hours:

 

Usually 9-5 on week days, with overtime occasionally required

Weekends are required on a rota basis and weekdays given off in lieu for this

 

Salary: £18k+ per year depending on experience.
