We are expecting deliveries from online purchases to go ahead during a lockdown, but if they are temporarily disrupted and your order is affected, we can either refund your money in full, or we will offer a £25
discount if you are willing to wait until delivery services resume after a few weeks.
We have a 2-week “no quibbles” returns policy, meaning you can return the set if you do not want it, providing that we are notified within 2 weeks of the set being delivered – see our returns policy for details.
The cleanliness of our showroom and warehouse is of utmost importance. We have reviewed and made changes to our cleaning.
Disinfectant cleaning fluids are used regularly on surfaces and sets in our showroom.
Our staff are fully versed in the importance of keeping their hands and workspace clean in light of the current outbreak, and we have hand-sanitiser on hand in the showroom for both customers and staff. Our staff have also been instructed to self-isolate should they show any symptoms.
The nature of our showroom allows customers to keep a safe distance of over a metre from each other and from staff, which minimises the risk of any spread.
The vast majority of our stock left the Far East long before the Coronavirus outbreak, and any new stock that arrives will be quarantined in our warehouse for 3 weeks to ensure there is no spreading of the virus.
