Product Description


Santa Fe is a superb collection of antique waxed furniture for all around your home.

This collection of furniture blends the essences of South American styling with all the attraction of traditional country waxed furniture.

Produced from solid pine which is plantation grown in the Americas and sourced from carefully managed forests.

All drawers are dovetail jointed for strength, whilst all drawer bases and backs utilise plywood for stability and durability.

Each piece of natural pine is specially selected and only the finest grades of timber are used. You will notice there are virtually no knots in the timber we select.

Every piece of furniture is hand finished with an antique wax which reproduces the natural ageing processes of the wood itself. All you need to do to maintain this natural finish is regularly dust with a dry cloth and an occasional spray with a proprietary household spray polish. Never use a solvent based wax.

Delivery & Returns


We advise you to read the information below prior to ordering as this will ensure we can provide a smooth, hassle-free delivery service.

1.         Free Delivery

At featureDECO, delivery is FREE on all orders over £300 within mainland England and Wales. For the Scottish Mainland and other off shore locations, including the Isle of Wight, additional charges will apply.

 2.         Delivery Times

Standard Delivery Times: 3-5 days unless specified on the product page. 

In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock we will notify you of any delay and despatch the item as soon as it is in stock. No payment is taken from the customer. Payment is taken prior to dispatch.

The delivery times quoted on the website relates to working days. 

On rare occasions your purchases may be delivered outside of the quoted delivery window.

In some cases, some goods are dispatch from an number of warehouses, therefore you may not receive all you goods in one delivery. We will keep you informed if this is the case.

Our delivery team operates from 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday and delivery can occur anytime during this period.

Please note we do not work process or dispatch orders on Bank Holidays as there is no services availabe.

 2.1 Next Day Delivery

Next Day Delivery is available with selected products. Orders must be placed before 12pm. Deliveries will be made between 8.30am and 6pm the following working day. Please call us for more information about our next day delivery policy. Next Day delivery is only applicable for mainland UK only.

2.2 Saturday Delivery

It may be possible for us to arrange a delivery to you on Saturdays, but we must be notified prior to this, and a supplementary charge will be added. 

3.         Parcel Delivery

Mainland UK Standard Delivery starts from £5.95 per parcel.

If goods are heavy or bulky, there delivery charge is higher and can be either £9.95, £19.95, £37.50 and £45.95.

Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result. If there is a safe place to leave your parcel, please remember to fill this information in when placing your order. 

4.         Furniture, Large Goods and Palletised Delivery

A majority of our furniture is delivered on a pallet. This is a wooden crate onto which the goods are securely strapped. The reason why we provide this service is due to the reliable network in place around the UK, Fast overnight options, cost-effective transport and safe delivery of goods as they are upright during transit.

In the case of standard delivery, once the goods are dispatched from our warehouse, they arrive at a local depot where you will receive a call to book in a convenient day. Usually goods are kept in storage for 7 working days.

Delivery is attempted at anytime during the day on the booked day between 8am and 6pm. We can on ocassion provide more information regarding the delivery and the driver will attempt a call around 1 hour before the delivery, however this is not guaranteed as they can be working on a high volume of orders in a day.

In the case of our priority next day service, the goods are delivered the following day without a call anytime between 8am to 6pm.

In the case of our set day delivery service whereby you select your own day on our website, the goods will be delivered on the day your request without a phone call to book in the day.


How is the delivery made?

Our delivery  is from 8am and 6pm on your requested day. The delivery of the goods is on a pallet and to the curb or front door if possible, and are usually made by a one-manned delivery unit.

Please note the drivers are not allow to enter your premises. Should you require the goods to be delivered to the room of your choice, you will need to contact us for a price or please see below on section 2 Man Delivery to Room of Choice.

Our large goods items will be delivered in 7.5 tonne trucks, so it is important that you let us know in advance if you think we may have difficulties accessing your road or home.

We always advise that you provide a mobile number and that you are available on the day of the delivery should any delivery issues arise. We or the courier will always contact your directly to resolve any queries. We will try our level best to ensure the delivery occurs smoothly and would want to avoid a failed delivery. In the event this does occur, you will be charged for the failed delivery and the subsequent redelivery attempt. If a furniture delivery is booked with yourself and confirmed and you are not there to receive it, we reserve the right to charge you a minimum charge of £50 to cover the cost of the failed delivery.

5.         2 Man Delivery to Room of Choice

Some of our furniture can be delivered using a 2 man delivery service and can be delivered to a room of your choice. This price for this service starts from £75 and is dependent on location and the volume of the goods. Should you require this service, please call us for more information.


6.         Shipping to Europe

We are able to ship a number of selected products to Europe. The main regions we can deliver is France, Belgium, Ireland, Holland, Germany, Parts of Spain, Italy, Austria, Denmark, Portugal, Parts of Scandanavia. Please see shipping to europe for more information.


1. Returns

 You can return any product that you have purchased from our collections, for any reason (including if you have simply changed your mind), within 14 working days of delivery. This is providing that the product is returned in perfect and unused condition. We ask all customers to retain packaging materials as our couriers will not accept goods without adequate packaging. We may refuse a refund if the product is not in a fully resalable condition. In order to return your purchase, you must notify us in writing via email within 14 days. You can arrange to send back your purchase yourself, or alternatively we can collect the unwanted products from you. We will have to charge you for this service, as it is your responsibility to pay for the return of goods that have been correctly supplied to you. 

Please do not hesitate to contact us before ordering from us for exact return charges for a specific product from your location.

Please note, featureDECO cannot accept returns for items that have been specially made for you, such as bespoke orders, and all stainless steel planters, galvanised planters, aluzinc planters, customised finishes and water features that have been modified from standard specifications specifically for you.  Regrettably, we cannot accept the return of mattresses once they have been opened. If you wish to test a mattress, please keep it wrapped until you are certain that you want to keep it.

Timescales - 5-10 working days for small items, 14-21 working days for large furniture items.

Showroom Policy

We are not able to accept returns on orders placed in the showroom.

2. Damages

If goods received are faulty or damaged, please contact us for our full procedure in such circumstances.  Occasionally, items may become damaged in transmit. When you accept your purchase from the courier, please check whether the package looks like it has been tampered with or opened or damaged in any way. If so, check the contents in front of the carrier, and describe via the couriers sheet the exact condition of the contents. If your purchases arrive to you faulty or damaged or if an item is missing, you must let us know via email within 48 hours of the delivery. Written complaints must be made to both featureDECO and the courier within 48 hours; otherwise a claim cannot be made.  

3. Cancelling Your Order

If you wish to cancel your order with us, you must write to us via email as soon as possible. We are afraid that telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. Refunds will be made within 2-5 working days of your order being recieved. If goods are shipped out and in transit, there will be a cancellation fee and this will vary according to the items that are shipped out. Please contact us for more information.
