All sizes are given on the website as approximate and shubject to change without prior notification. It is the users/customers responsibility to store, use and treat the products supplied in accordance with manufacturers instructions. As the products are handmade colours and finsihed look may vary. No claimes accepted for personal or consequential injury, damage or loss.
Delivery
Stock permitting, all orders placed on the web are despatched within 3-5 working days on receipt of your order. We try our level best to dispatch the following day however please allow upto 14 working days for delivery. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock we will notify you of any delay and despatch the item as soon as it is in stock. Please note during the busy Spring and Christmas periods we will advise you if there are likely to be any minor delays. All orders are subject to availability.
Orders
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and featureDECO will take place on the despatch of the products ordered by you unless we have notified otherwise that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the ordering policies. Non-acceptance of an order may be as a result of one of the following: the product you ordered is not in stock, our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment, the identification of a pricing or product description error, customers not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the terms and conditions. If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted via email by one of the DECO Team as soon as possible. We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase at any time. We will take all reasonable care in so far as it is in our power to do so to keep the details of your order and payment secure but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
Contract Cancellation & Returns
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations an order can be cancelled in writing within 7 working days after day of delivery if boxed with all original packaging, unused and in perfect condition, whereby a refund will be provided less the costs of carriage. The goods have to be sent back at your own cost and we accept no responsibility if they are lost in transit.
If orders are ready for dispatch and the customer cancel the order. The following charges apply.
Parcel Cancellation: £20
Pallet Cancellation: £40
Cancellation or Return of a Bed will incur a charge of £50.
Cancellation of bespoke or made to order items: No refund accepted on the whole order.
All cancellation must be made in writing via email and telephone cancellations are not accepted.
Description of Products & Prices
Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. We will take reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products visible on the website are correct and relevant at the time of entry. Although we aim to keep the website up to date in accordance to real time the information including product descriptions appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order. The colour reproduction of the products is a close representation of the true colour of the product, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
Payment
All prices are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Refusal of Transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website at any time. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion without an explanation if we so wish to. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold; or removing or editing any materials; or content on the website; or refusing to process a transaction, or unwinding/suspending any transaction after processing has begun. To be eligible to purchase products from this site and lawfully enter into and form contracts with featureDECO under English Law you must: register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information; be over 18 years of age, stipulate a delivery address in the United Kingdom unless otherwise stated. Please note that PO box numbers, hotels and accommodation addresses are not acceptable as a registered address. You must also possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to, your debit or credit card number or credit reports to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
