| What is your standard delivery charge? | |
| Our Mainland UK Standard Delivery is £5.95 regardless of the number of items ordered.
Please note we will notify you if there is an additional postage charge for heavier items where the cost is not covered by the standard charge above, i.e. the delivery requires a pallet service rather than a parcel service.
For non-mainland UK addresses, an additional fee of £22.50 is applicable. This includes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles.
We can also arrange for a Saturday delivery, however we must be notified prior to purchase as this does incur an additional charge of £22.50. |

| When should I expect to receive my order? | |
| If a product is in stock and you place your order before 2pm GMT on a weekday then your order will be packed and dispatched the following working day for delivery within the next 3-5 working days however, please allow upto 14 working days for delivery. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock we will notify you of any delay and despatch the item as soon as it is in stock. |

| Is it safe to enter my card details when ordering from featuredeco.co.uk? | |
| Yes! Our site is ProtX Certified and any sensitive information is encrypted with 128bit encryption so that it cannot be read by anyone external to us. Every time you enter an area of the site that carries or requires sensitive information such as your credit card details an icon resembling a padlock will appear at the bottom right of your browser window. This is an indication that the site is secure. Please also note that the http:// in the browser address bar will also change to https://. |

| At what time can I expect my delivery? | |
| Deliveries are made between 8.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday however we can make special deliveries on Saturday but there are additional costs associated with this service. FeatureDECO insist that a signature is given when the goods are delivered so there is no confusion as to when and where the goods have been delivered. |

| I have ordered more than one item, when should I expect to receive them? | |
| Your order will be dispatched when every item is available. The dispatch time will be that of the item with the longest availability. We will email you to let you know when it has left our warehouse. |

| If part of my order is sold out and coming at a later date do I pay an extra delivery charge when it is sent to me? | |
| If you have placed an order, which has a part coming at a later date and you would like to receive the order urgently we can send the items that are in stock. The remaining item(s) is sent as soon as it is in stock. There is an addtional delivery charge applicable. |

| What if I’m not in when you deliver? | |
| Our courier will leave a card to let you know they have called. You can then contact them to re-arrange a delivery. Our courier service will make two attempts at delivery after which point the consignment is returned to the depot for collection. |

| I still haven’t received my order despite receiving a dispatch email? | |

| I live really close can I pick the items up? | |
| You are welcome to pick up the order from our warehouse, however please notify us prior to ensure you order is ready to collect. |
