1. Delivery Times
Standard Delivery

Stock permitting, all orders placed on the web are despatched within 3-5 working days on receipt of your order. We try our level best to dispatch the following day however please allow upto 14 working days for delivery. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock we will notify you of any delay and despatch the item as soon as it is in stock. Delivery times quoted on the website relates to working days.

Next Day Delivery

When you order a next day product you have an option to choose your delivery date. Goods will be delivered on the date chosen; delivery times are between 8:30am and 5:30pm. Unfortunately we are unable to give a more accurate delivery time on our next day delivery products. If you reside in an apartment or a block of flats, the delivery driver will deliver to the lobby of the building only. Please understand that the delivery company that offer a 'next day' service are not insured to enter private premises.

Adverse Weather Conditions

In adverse weather conditions, delivery of large items may be delayed. Small Parcel deliveries will be dispatched as normal, however please expect delays if the couriers are unable to access routes to deliver the goods safely.
2. UK Standard Delivery
Mainland UK Standard Delivery is £5.95 per parcel.

Please note we will notify you if there is an additional postage charge for heavier or bulky items where the cost is not covered by the standard charge above, i.e. the delivery requires a special pallet service rather than a parcel service. This is to ensure the goods arrive to you in safe condition. For more information regarding delivery, please feel free to contact us.

If there is a safe place to leave the goods, please remember to fill this information on the order page. For non-mainland UK addresses, an additional delivery will be applicable. This includes parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles.

Our couriers deliver between 8am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. We can also arrange for a Saturday delivery however we must be notified prior to purchase as this does incur an additional charge per parcel. Pallet or special delivery costs are higher and is dependant on the delivery location. Please note our pallet courier does not deliver on a saturday, therefore all pallet delivery are during weekdays only.
3. Damaged or Incomplete Item delivery
When accepting your item from the courier, if the package looks tempered with, opened or damaged in anyway, check the entire contents in front of the carrier and sign the carrier’s sheet in accordance with actual condition and quantity of contents. Written complaints must be made to the carriers and to us within 48 hours of delivery otherwise no claim can be entertained.
4. International Delivery
We sell our products internationally however, we must stress that for a smooth and successful delivery we require your full co-operation. To purchase from outside mainland UK it is essential that you have a paypal account as this is the quickest and safest transactional method available to us. Please email us on enquiries@featuredeco.co.uk specifying the Item, Size, Colour, Description, your Full Name and Postal Address together with a Telephone number. Our dedicated team will then respond with a total cost including postage and packaging for the item and an estimated delivery time. You may then proceed to Pay Pal and pay via the Pay Pal email method to featuredeco@gmail.com. Following this we will send you an email confirmation clarifying the details of your purchase and transaction. Please note that all international purchases are at your own risk and we cannot be held accountable for receipt of damaged or lost goods however all consignments sent will be insured and have a signature mandatory at delivery.
5. Hand-made & Bespoke Products
As we stock many items which are Handmade to order by our designers. Please note that products will not be identical and finishes may vary slightly. All handmade are on proforma basis and we reserve the right to deliver the goods until payment has been made in full. Refunds are not issued on special made to order items, such all stainless steel planters, galvanised planters, aluzinc planters, water features that have been modified from standard specifications.
6. Pallet Deliveries - Large Goods, Furniture, Water Features
Please note that furniture deliveries are road-side & made by a 1 manned delivery unit. It is essential that you make arrangements to safely off-load the goods when receiving the delivery. We recommend that only able bodied persons assist with delivery. For the Terrazzo range, 2 people must be present at the delivery stage. Where a delivery date has been agreed with our carrier but the customer is not present to receive the delivery we reserve the right to charge the customer a minimum handling charge of £37.50 to cover part cost of the failed delivery. Furniture which is not adequately packaged at the time of collection will not be collected and a minimum charge of £37.50 will be levied to cover the cost of failed collections. It is important you advise us prior to dispatch should you have any access restriction for 7.5 tonne trucks. If there is a failed delivery attempt, a failed delivery and re-delivery charge will applicable.
6. Water Feature & Large Sculpture Delivery
Due to the weight of these items delivery costs may vary however, the £5.95 standard delivery charge applies in most cases. If deliveries are missed a surcharge of £17.50 will be incurred each time the item is re-delivered. Should you require Saturday delivery, an additional charge of £40 will be applicable.
7. Tracking your Consignment
If you wish to track your consignment please email us on enquiries@featuredeco.co.uk with your Name, Address, Date of Purchase, Item Description and Order No where possible. We will then respond with a tracking number and a link to the courier tracking facility.
8. Returns & Damages
You may return any delivered products you have purchased within 7 working days after day of delivery for any reason (including if you simply change your mind) providing the goods are returned in perfect condition. To do so you must notify us in writing via email within 7 working days of day of delivery. Please note, you will be responsible for the carriage costs for returning the items.

We advise that you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the post office as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. For peace of mind you might want to send the goods Recorded Delivery, but we regret we cannot refund this charge.

If you prefer, we can also arrange to collect the products from you but the cost of this will be charged to you and we may deduct this from the refund. Please ask us before hand if you want to know the actual carriage and return costs of the items you are purchasing. A collection fee will be charged for this service where the items will be collected by our courier. If an arranged collection is missed, additional collection fees may be applied. The return charge will be based on the volume of the consignment. For more than 1 parcel, the return charge will be higher.

If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In the very unlikely event of your goods being delivered faulty or damaged you must contact us within 48 hours of recieving the goods. Please email enquires@featureDECO.co.uk. We only accept written return confirmations via email. We cannot accept telephone calls as confirmation. We cannot guarantee safe delivery as items will be delivered via third party couriers, however we will ensure items are packaged adequately for delivery.

Please note, featureDECO does not accept returns on bespoke orders.

Refunds are not issued on special made to order items, such all stainless steel planters, galvanised planters, aluzinc planters, water features that have been modified from standard specifications.

Refunds will be issued within 30 workings days of cancellation.

Order cancellation must be made in writing via email as telephone cancellations are not accepted. Return of large furniture items is charged from £50 per item. This can vary according to delivery location and the type of item. For actual return charges, please contact us prior to purchasing the item. Mattresses can only be returned if they are unopened. Mattresses which have been opened and slept on cannot be returned. If you wish to test a mattress please keep it wrapped until you are sure you want to keep it.
